Practice Builder: Get Found · version 2026-08-30 · Strua, LLC (Florida). This license ships inside the kit; it is published here so you can read it before you buy. Questions: [email protected].
1. License grant
Strua / Scrying Studios (“we”) grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, adapt, and publish the materials in this product (“the Materials”) for one public-facing practice brand (“your Practice”), whether solo or group, including its clinicians and locations. “One practice brand” means a single practice operating under one name; it does not include franchises, networks, separate additional practice brands, or work performed for other people’s practices.
2. What you may do
Use and adapt the Materials for your Practice’s own website, directory profiles, and marketing. You may share the Materials with your Practice’s employees and contractors solely while they are doing work for your Practice; they are bound by these same terms and may not reuse the Materials for any other practice or client. A designer, developer, or consultant may purchase or access the product on behalf of one licensed Practice, but may not reuse it for another client.
3. What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the original templates, prompts, or files as templates or products; use them for or across more than one practice brand or for client projects generally; or use them to build a competing product. The Materials and all intellectual property in them remain ours. This is a license, not a sale of the underlying work.
4. Updates
Your license covers the version you purchased plus any corrections and updates we publish within 12 months of your purchase. New purchases are governed by the then-current terms.
5. No professional advice; no warranty
The Materials are practical, educational guidance from one clinician to another. They are not legal, compliance, or clinical advice, and following them does not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, recommendation, or compliance result. Requirements vary by profession, jurisdiction, payer, and setting; you are responsible for verifying what applies to your Practice with the appropriate board or a qualified professional. The Materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Materials or this license is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Refunds
Digital product; refund on request within 14 days of purchase if the templates have not been downloaded. “Downloaded” means the kit files have been retrieved from the download link we send after purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address you purchased with. This policy is also stated on the sales page.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach Section 3. On termination you must stop using and distributing the original Materials (templates, prompts, files); pages and content you have already adapted and published for your Practice may remain published.
9. Acceptance and governing law
By checking the “I agree” box at checkout, or by purchasing or downloading the product, you agree to these terms. This license is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Existing purchasers
These terms apply to new purchases. Anyone who bought under earlier terms remains under the terms in force at their purchase.
